2021 E-Town Innovation Grant Guidelines

Grants are for a 12-month cycle and are focused on supporting new or expanded innovative programs that: prioritize equitable opportunities and outcomes for Black people, Indigenous people, and people of color (BIPOC); support organizations working together to solve community challenges and change systems; and embrace creative solutions that address community needs in ways that are more effective, equitable, or sustainable than standard approaches. 2021 Nonprofit Growth & Sustainability Grants

One of Evanston Community Foundation’s goals is to support a thriving nonprofit sector in Evanston. For nonprofits to thrive, they must have the ability to support ongoing work and build their capacity. Through this grant, there are two main funding areas for 12-month grants: Capacity Building Grants: Funding specific projects that support an organization’s long-term growth and development; and Operating Support Grants: Offering unrestricted flexible funding to support an organization’s sustainability.
