September 23, 2023, Evanston, IL – Leadership Evanston welcomes the 2024 learning cohort participants- the program’s 32nd cohort overall. This group of individuals represents a diverse range of talents, backgrounds, and industries, all united by their commitment to making Evanston an even more just, vibrant, and inclusive \community. 

Each year, Leadership Evanston selects a cohort of emerging leaders to participate in its comprehensive, 10-month learning program. The class is comprised of 29 professionals, and concerned citizens from various neighborhoods and sectors, including business, education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and government.Together, they will embark on a hands-on learning experience as they journey through Evanston’s history, economy, government, and local industries.

As we welcome cohort 32, we uplift our values of inclusion as we recognize and exercise the leadership skills and capabilities in all our participants,” said Karli Butler, Director of Community Leadership.
