To tackle Evanston's complex challenges, ECF looks for connections – among issues, organizations and opportunities. We may take the initiative to assemble collaborations or to join those led by others. Pooling resources, connecting strengths accomplish what no single group can do alone.
The Climate Action Fund support's Evanston's ongoing campaign to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It was established as one of the strategies to implement the city's original Climate Action Plan in 2008. Read more

Since 1998, Northwestern University Dance Marathon (NUDM) and ECF have been partners, working together to make Evanston a more just, vibrant, and inclusive community. For 21 years, ECF has been the secondary beneficiary of one of the nation’s most successful student philanthropies, and 2019 will be the 22nd year! Read more
Evanston150, an ambitious volunteer initiative conceived in 2011 as a "forward-looking" celebration of Evanston's 150th anniversary, succeeded in identifying the community's ten visionary ideas to make Evanston a better place to live, work, play. Read more
